Frequently Asked Questions

Does The Barefoot Indian exist?

Yes! The Barefoot Indian does exist or did I just imagine her? Whether she exists or not is not the issue, what is the issue is that she’s a mechanism for enlightenment.

It says in the book that you draw on guidance given to you by wise people no longer in the world. What sort of guidance do you get?

They encourage me to move my attention away from what I presume to be true, to what is actually true. Rather like parents waking a child from a nightmare, who focus the child’s attention on to what is actually present.

Why have these wise people singled you out?

They didn’t seek me, I sought them. My interest in what they say is what enables me to hear what they say. It is rather like people who wish to hear classical music, they tune into a radio station that is playing that music.
